The method I kept reusing to catch the lead before they call the next name.

A decade of running an agency, and building ventures of my own, kept surfacing the same one exploitable gap in how businesses handle a lead. I built the fix once, on GoHighLevel, and I've been installing it ever since. I call it the Shaz Method.

It's rarely a traffic problem. It's a catch problem.

You can run flawless ads and still lose the business — because of what happens, or doesn't, in the minutes after someone raises their hand.

The businesses that grow aren't the ones with the cleverest ads. They're the ones where nothing falls through the crack between "interested" and "customer."

02how-it-surfaced

I didn't set out to build a "method." I set out to keep clients.

Running a marketing agency for over a decade — and building my own ventures alongside it, from a travel marketplace to a homestay and resort booking platform to a working farm — I kept hitting the same wall. Great creative, decent traffic, and then a follow-up process held together with sticky notes and good intentions.

So I rebuilt the backend. Every funnel, every automation, every SMS and email sequence, every pipeline stage — engineered inside GoHighLevel so a lead gets caught the moment it arrives, nurtured without anyone remembering to do it, and reported on so you always know what's working.

I ran it across my own businesses first. Then for clients. It held up every time. That's the Shaz Method — not a theory, a system I still run today.

What actually gets installed in your business

Five functions, called in sequence, each closing a different gap in how leads move through your business.

01
function diagnose() {

A full audit of how a lead moves today — from first click to closed deal — to find exactly where you are losing people.

02
function architect() {

Funnels, landing pages, and a CRM pipeline built around how your business actually sells — not a generic template.

03
function automate() {

Instant response the second a lead comes in, plus nurture sequences over email and SMS that keep going without you.

04
function connect() {

Ad platforms, forms, calendars, and payment tools wired into one pipeline, so nothing sits in a separate corner anymore.

function operate() {

Ongoing monitoring, monthly reporting, and tuning — so the system keeps improving instead of quietly decaying.

Built by running real businesses, not just marketing them

The method wasn't designed on a whiteboard. It was built, broken, and rebuilt across an agency and a handful of my own ventures.

Everything runs on one platform: GoHighLevel

One system instead of eight disconnected tools — this is the part most agencies bolt together and hope holds. We build it to hold.
