GoHighLevel system for catching leads before they go cold

A decade of running an agency, and building ventures of my own, kept surfacing the same one exploitable gap in how businesses handle a lead. I built the fix once — inside GoHighLevel, not as a custom CRM — and I've been installing it ever since. Snapshots, pipelines, calendars, automations. I call it the Shaz Method.

It's rarely a traffic problem. It's a catch problem.

You can run flawless ads and still lose the business — because of what happens, or doesn't, in the minutes after someone raises their hand. That's what speed to lead software is for. Most stacks never actually do it.

The businesses that grow aren't the ones with the cleverest ads. They're the ones where nothing falls through the crack between "interested" and "customer."

02how-it-surfaced

I didn't set out to build a "method." I set out to keep clients.

Running a marketing agency for over a decade — and building my own ventures alongside it, from a travel marketplace to a homestay and resort booking platform to a working farm — I kept hitting the same wall. Great creative, decent traffic, and then a follow-up process held together with sticky notes and good intentions.

So I rebuilt the backend inside GoHighLevel — not a custom CRM, not eight tools hoping a Zap holds. Every snapshot, pipeline, calendar, and automation, engineered so a lead gets caught the moment it arrives, nurtured without anyone remembering to do it, and reported on so you always know what's working.

I ran it across my own businesses first. Then for clients. It held up every time. That's the Shaz Method — not a theory, a system I still run today.

What actually gets installed in a GoHighLevel implementation

Five functions, called in sequence, each closing a different gap in how leads move — built in your GHL account, not as a replacement CRM.

01
function diagnose() {

A full audit of how a lead moves today — from first click to closed deal — to find exactly where you are losing people.

02
function architect() {

Funnels, landing pages, and a GoHighLevel pipeline built around how your business actually sells — not a generic template, and not a custom CRM.

03
function automate() {

Instant response the second a lead comes in, plus nurture sequences over email and SMS that keep going without you.

04
function connect() {

Ad platforms, forms, calendars, and payment tools wired into one pipeline, so nothing sits in a separate corner anymore.

05
function operate() {

Ongoing monitoring, monthly reporting, and tuning — so the system keeps improving instead of quietly decaying.

Built by running real businesses, not just marketing them

Why GoHighLevel?

We build the lead system in GoHighLevel. You own the account. This is a GoHighLevel automation agency for the catch — not a custom CRM, not a generic hospitality shop with a white-label login.

Why GHL instead of a pile of tools

A form app, a calendar, an ESP, an SMS vendor, and a Zap between them is four places to drop the source tag. GoHighLevel keeps funnels, CRM, conversations, and workflows on one contact ID.

What actually gets built inside it

We do not ship a custom CRM. The GoHighLevel setup service is the method in your account: snapshots, pipelines, calendars, automations — then we operate them.

Who this is for

Operators who already get interest — ads, referrals, a booking inquiry at 9:41pm — and still lose the next five minutes. If you need a from-scratch CRM, or you have no offer, this is the wrong product.

See where your leads are leaking, before we build anything.

A 20-minute call. I will walk through your current funnel and follow-up — and whether GoHighLevel is already in the house — and tell you honestly whether the Shaz Method is the right fit. We install in GHL. We do not sell a custom CRM.
