Why GoHighLevel?

The Shaz Method is a lead system we install in GoHighLevel. Snapshots, pipelines, calendars, automations. You own the sub-account. We are not replacing GHL with a custom CRM, and we are not a generic hospitality agency with a white-label login.

Platform fees stay with GoHighLevel. Our $250 setup is the install; the retainers are the operation. If that sentence already feels like the wrong product, it probably is.

Why GHL instead of a pile of tools

The usual stack is a landing-page builder, a form tool, a calendar, an email ESP, an SMS app, a spreadsheet, and a Zap that “usually works.” Each hop is a chance to duplicate the human or fail silently at 11pm.

GHL is not magic. It is a place where capture, convert, and retain can share a contact. That is the whole argument: one runtime, one record, one clock. Glue is not a strategy.

function whatWeInstall() {

What actually gets built inside it

Setup is a snapshot of the catch, tuned to how you close: pipeline stages with owners and SLAs, forms and calendars on the same contact, speed-to-lead and nurture workflows, tagging so source stays attached.

You own the sub-account. Platform fees stay with GoHighLevel. If we stop, the contacts, workflows, and numbers stay. There is no “our box.”

function whoItsFor() {

Who this is for

The method was stress-tested on a homestay and resort booking platform, a travel marketplace, a founder community, and a farm with no sales team. The shared constraint: inbound exists, and nobody can sit the inbox all day.

Bad fit: you want us to invent another database, you have no way for a human to take a booked conversation, or the leak is actually positioning. I will say that on the diagnostic.

What the snapshot actually contains

Capture, convert, retain — compiled inside GoHighLevel, not bolted across eight vendors.

01

capture

The job is to catch the hand-raise in a record you own. Not a Messenger request, not a screenshot of a comment. A contact in GoHighLevel with source, offer, and a next step. Pages and forms are built for that capture, then the calendar turns intent into a time on a real board.

  • Funnels
  • Landing pages
  • Forms
  • Booking calendar
02

convert

Convert is the minutes after capture and the weeks after that. Instant response so they are not shopping the next tab. Sequences so “I need to think” still hears from you. Pipeline moves that happen because a tag fired, not because someone dragged a card.

  • Instant response
  • Email / SMS nurture
  • Pipeline automation
03

retain

A closed deal that never asks for a review, never gets a reactivation, and never shows up in a report is a one-off. Retain is reputation, reporting, and the unglamorous job of noticing when a workflow dies.

  • Review automation
  • Monthly reporting
  • Monitoring

What still lives outside GHL

Organic social gets planned and posted where your audience already is (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Shorts — whatever you actually use), then every CTA lands in GHL. Paid ads on the Growth retainer live in Meta/Google; conversion events and audiences are wired back so spend is not a separate religion.

SMS credits, email deliverability, and ad budgets are yours. We do not mark them up inside the $397 or $697. We do make sure a click or a comment can become a tagged contact with a next action. See the five functions for the install order.

05cownership

You own the account. Offboarding is boring on purpose.

Work happens in your GoHighLevel sub-account (or agency account). If we stop, you keep the contacts, workflows, funnels, and numbers. There is no “our box.” Setup is priced at $250 because the foundation should survive a breakup.

SMS and email still have to follow the law in your country — opt-in, stop language, quiet hours. We configure that; we do not magically exempt you from carriers.

Who does what after install

We keep

  • Organic cadence and inbox/SMS sends on Core+
  • Ads, pixels, CRO on Growth

You keep

  • The actual conversation when a human should jump in
  • Offer, pricing, and whether you can fulfill
  • GHL subscription, SMS credits, ad spend at cost

See where your leads are leaking, before we build anything.

A 20-minute call. I will walk through your current funnel and follow-up — and whether GoHighLevel is already in the house — and tell you honestly whether the Shaz Method is the right fit. We install in GHL. We do not sell a custom CRM.
