01

What is the Shaz Method?

The Shaz Method is a lead system we install inside GoHighLevel: diagnose where leads leak, architect funnels and pipeline stages, automate speed-to-lead and nurture, connect your tools, and operate with reporting. Snapshots, pipelines, calendars, automations — in an account you own. Not a custom CRM. It was built across a decade of agency work and founder-run ventures, including a homestay and resort booking platform.

02

Why GoHighLevel? Why not a custom CRM?

Because glue is not a strategy, and a custom CRM is a second job. GHL already has funnels, pipelines, calendars, SMS, email, and workflows sharing one contact ID. We implement the method inside that runtime. You are not paying us to invent another database.

03

What do you actually build in GoHighLevel?

A snapshot of the catch: pipeline stages named for how you close, calendars and forms on the same contact, speed-to-lead and nurture automations, tagging so source stays attached. Then we operate it. We do not replace GHL with our own app.

04

How does pricing work?

A one-time setup of $250 installs the foundation in GoHighLevel. Then you choose a monthly retainer: $397 for GHL, organic social, and email/SMS, or $697 which adds paid ads plus tracking, CRO, reputation, missed-call text-back, and related growth work. Ad spend is billed to you separately.

05

Is the $250 setup required?

Yes if we have not already built the pipe. The retainers assume a working GHL structure, tagging, and speed-to-lead. If you already have a mature GHL account, the diagnostic will say whether setup is a full $250 or a lighter pass.

06

What is the difference between $397 and $697?

Core ($397/mo) is GoHighLevel plus organic social plus email/SMS. Growth ($697/mo) includes all of that, paid ads, and extras: conversion tracking, funnel CRO, retargeting, missed-call text-back, review automation, creative testing, lead scoring, and a monthly strategy note. Media spend is not included in either fee.

07

Do I need my own GoHighLevel account?

Yes. You own the sub-account (or agency account). We build in your house so you are not hostage to a black-box login. Platform subscription fees are billed by GoHighLevel, not bundled into the $250 / $397 / $697.

08

Who is this for?

Operators who already generate interest — ads, referrals, or inbound, including after-hours booking inquiries — and still lose business in the minutes after someone raises their hand. You need a GoHighLevel account (or willingness to get one). It is a catch problem more often than a traffic problem. It is not a generic hospitality agency, and it is not a from-scratch CRM.

09

What happens on the diagnostic call?

Twenty minutes. Current funnel, current follow-up, where the clock breaks. You leave with an honest yes/no and a recommended plan (setup + Core or Growth). No retainer starts on that call.

07bglossary

A few words, used precisely

Catch — the system that turns a hand-raise into a tagged contact with a next action inside five minutes.

Nurture — the touches after that, with a stop rule when they book or buy. Not a newsletter for sport.

Operate — monthly proof the workflows still fire. Automations rot; this is the anti-rot job.

GoHighLevel — the runtime. We install the method here (snapshots, pipelines, calendars, automations). You own the account. We do not ship a replacement CRM.

From form to first report

Apply (four steps) → diagnostic (20 minutes) → setup week → first retainer month → first operate report. If that is slower than a course checkout, that is the point. We do not collect a month of $697 to “explore.”

apply.sh
$ ./diagnose --business=yours --commitment=none

See where your leads are leaking, before we build anything.

A 20-minute call. I will walk through your current funnel and follow-up — and whether GoHighLevel is already in the house — and tell you honestly whether the Shaz Method is the right fit. We install in GHL. We do not sell a custom CRM.
