The spec, not the slogan

The homepage lists five function names. This page is what those functions actually do inside your GoHighLevel account — what we collect, what we ship, and what “done” means before the next function is allowed to start. We do not replace GHL with a custom CRM.

Order matters. Automating a broken path just loses people faster. We diagnose, then architect (pipelines, calendars, forms), then automate, then connect paid/organic sources, then operate. Setup ($250) is the snapshot plus the first install of that pipe. Retainers are how it stays alive. Why GoHighLevel?

01

function diagnose() {

Diagnose the lead path

We sit with how a lead actually arrives — ad, form, DM, referral, walk-in, missed call — and time-stamp the first human reply. Five minutes is the line. Most businesses fail it without noticing, because nobody logged the clock.

Then we walk the next five touches. If touch three lives in someone’s head, it does not exist. We map pipeline stages against how you close, not how a CRM template thinks you close.

ships

  • Source-by-source leak map with response times
  • Pipeline stage audit (owner, next action, SLA)
  • Tool inventory: what is connected vs. what is hoped
  • Written install plan before any build starts

return You can point at the exact minutes and stages where money is leaving, and we agree what to build first.

02

function architect() {

Architect the funnel and pipeline

Generic funnels leak because they ask for a demo when you sell a site visit, or a “book a call” when you sell a same-day booking. We design pages and stages around the real conversation you have with a buyer — inside GoHighLevel, using its funnels and pipeline, not a side CRM we invented.

Every stage gets an owner, an exit, and a next action. No catch-all lists. No “new lead” graveyard. If GHL already has a snapshot we can inherit, we start there instead of rebuilding for sport.

ships

  • Funnel and landing structure in GoHighLevel
  • Pipeline stages named for your sales motion
  • Forms, calendars, and confirmation paths in the same GHL account
  • Tagging plan so source and offer stay attached

return A lead can enter, get a next step, and be found again without anyone hunting through inboxes.

function automate() {

Automate speed-to-lead and nurture

Speed-to-lead is the first five minutes: SMS, email, or a missed-call text-back so the person who just raised their hand is not left in silence. Nurture is the next five weeks: a GoHighLevel workflow that does not depend on someone remembering Thursday.

Copy is written for your offer and voice. We do not dump a 27-email “value ladder” on a local service business that closes on the phone. Automations live in your GHL account, with stop rules when they book or buy.

ships

  • Instant-response workflow in GoHighLevel (SMS + email)
  • Nurture drips with stop rules when they book or buy
  • Calendar reminders and no-show recovery
  • Internal alerts so a human can jump in when it matters

return A lead at 9:41pm still gets a useful reply, and a quiet Tuesday still gets touch #4.

function connect() {

Connect ads, forms, and calendars

Clicks that never become CRM records are vanity. We connect the ad, the form, the calendar, and — on the growth retainer — pixels and conversion APIs so you can see which source produced a booked conversation, not just a landing-page view.

Organic social and email/SMS sit in the same tagging scheme, so a Reel, a broadcast, and a Google form do not become three different people.

ships

  • Form, calendar, and payment connections into GHL
  • UTM and tag conventions that survive the hop
  • Optional Meta/Google conversion wiring on Growth
  • One contact record instead of four “maybe them” rows

return You can answer “where did this booked call come from?” without opening four tabs.

function operate() {

Operate with reporting and tuning

Automations rot. Sequences get stale, forms break after a theme change, ads keep spending into a dead thank-you page. Operate is the monthly job of noticing that before the quarter is gone.

You get a plain report: volume in, speed-to-lead, booked, stalled, and what we will change next. Not a 40-page dashboard dump.

ships

  • Monthly leak and pipeline report
  • Workflow and sequence health check
  • Copy and timing tweaks from what actually converted
  • A punch list for the next 30 days

return The system has a pulse. If something dies, we see it in days, not at tax time.

What we need from you

Access to the GoHighLevel sub-account (you own it), a walkthrough of how a deal actually closes, brand voice examples, and whoever answers the phone today. We do not need a 40-page brand book. We do need the truth about response time.

Media spend, GHL platform fees, and phone/SMS credits are not inside the method fee. See pricing.json for setup vs Core vs Growth.

03bfirst-30-days

The first 30 days, in order

Week 1 — diagnose + structure

Account access, leak map, pipeline names that match how you actually close. Nothing public-facing ships until the stages and tags are honest.

Week 2 — catch

Speed-to-lead, missed-call path if needed, forms and calendar on the same contact. This is the $250 setup doing its job.

Week 3 — nurture + presence

Email/SMS drips with stop rules. On Core and Growth, organic social starts pointing at the same pipe instead of a dead bio link.

Week 4 — operate

First health check: volume in, speed, booked vs stalled. Growth may turn ads on only after the catch holds. Apply with that sequence in mind.

What we will not install

  • A 40-email “value ladder” on a business that closes on the phone this week.
  • Paid ads into a path that still replies in days. That is lighting money.
  • A pipeline named for a SaaS template when you sell site visits.
  • Anything that lives only in our login. You own the GoHighLevel account.

Bad fit: no offer, no way for a human to take a booked conversation, or you want a magic dashboard more than a five-minute SLA.

See where your leads are leaking, before we build anything.

A 20-minute call. I will walk through your current funnel and follow-up — and whether GoHighLevel is already in the house — and tell you honestly whether the Shaz Method is the right fit. We install in GHL. We do not sell a custom CRM.
