I had to live inside the pipe I was selling

Agency work teaches you what clients will tolerate. Founder work teaches you what actually breaks at 6am when you are the client. The Shaz Method is the overlap: a GoHighLevel install — snapshots, pipelines, calendars, automations — that still runs when the operator is on a site visit, in a kitchen, or in a field. Not a custom CRM. Not a generic hospitality agency.

There is no third-party case-study theater here. These are the businesses that forced the method into existence. If you want the install spec, that is method.js. If you want the commercial terms, that is pricing.json.

./ curated travel marketplace

High-intent inquiries arrived at odd hours across time zones. If the first reply waited until morning, the traveler had already booked elsewhere. Speed-to-lead and a calendar that respected availability were not “nice to have.” They were the product.

02

./ homestay and resort booking saas

A guest who inquired at 9:41pm booked the next listing if nobody answered. Direct bookings, deposits, and a guest CRM were useless without speed-to-lead on the inquiry. Running the booking platform made the catch the product — software without a follow-up pipe is just a prettier leak.

03

./ founder community

People raised their hand once, then life happened. Nurture that depended on a host remembering to email the list died. Sequences, tagging, and a real pipeline for “interested → member” kept the community from becoming a graveyard of warm names.

04

./ permaculture farm

A farm does not have a sales team. If CSA, stays, or workshops depended on sticky notes, they did not happen. The same GHL pipe had to run when the operator was in the field. That constraint is why the method is built to run without a full-time coordinator.

What I will not pretend

I will not invent percentage lift you cannot verify. I will not promise that ads replace a weak offer. I will tell you on the diagnostic if the leak is actually positioning, not follow-up — and if it is, you should not pay for a retainer yet.

What “operator” means here

Not a strategist who never shipped. Not a media buyer who never sat the inbox. The method exists because I had to answer the same lead at 6am and still run the rest of the day. That is why automations get stop rules, and why reporting is a page, not a 40-tab Looker.

It is also why I will not add a tool for sport. If it does not feed the GoHighLevel contact, it is decoration.

How a month of retainer actually feels

week 1ship list from last report — copy, workflow, or creative
week 2–3organic + email/SMS running; ads only if Growth and catch holds
week 4plain report: in, speed, booked, stalled, next punch list
apply.sh
$ ./diagnose --business=yours --commitment=none

See where your leads are leaking, before we build anything.

A 20-minute call. I will walk through your current funnel and follow-up — and whether GoHighLevel is already in the house — and tell you honestly whether the Shaz Method is the right fit. We install in GHL. We do not sell a custom CRM.
