Follow-up that does not depend on human memory
Touch one is adrenaline. The rest is the business.
Most teams are decent at the first reply when the lead is hot and the phone is in hand. They are terrible at touch three, four, and five — the ones that close a considered offer after someone said “I need to think.” Those touches die on a busy week because they lived in someone’s head.
If it is not in a workflow with a stop rule, it is optional. Optional follow-up is no follow-up. The Shaz Method puts email and SMS drips on the same GoHighLevel contact that caught the hand-raise, then stops when they book, reply, unsubscribe, or buy.
Branch, do not blast
A single sequence that ignores “already booked” is how you annoy the people who already said yes. Branch logic is not decoration. Booked, replied, unsubscribed, still warming — each path should be explicit. Organic social then points at the same pipe instead of a separate “we posted” ritual that never becomes a contact.
Copy is written for the offer and the voice. We do not install a generic agency drip on a homestay inquiry or a farm CSA list. The job is to keep the conversation alive without requiring a coordinator to remember Thursday.
Where this sits on the ladder
Setup installs the baseline capture path and speed-to-lead. Core ($397/mo) is the month-to-month job of keeping GHL, organic social, and email/SMS actually running. Growth ($697/mo) adds paid ads into the same pipeline so the click and the nurture share a contact ID. None of that replaces a human conversation. It makes sure the conversation still exists when you are ready for it.

A 20-minute call. I will walk through your current funnel and follow-up — and whether GoHighLevel is already in the house — and tell you honestly whether the Shaz Method is the right fit. We install in GHL. We do not sell a custom CRM.
