GoHighLevel snapshots vs a custom CRM
Glue is not a strategy
The usual stack is a landing-page builder, a form tool, a calendar, an email ESP, an SMS app, a spreadsheet, and a Zap that usually works. Each hop is a chance to duplicate the human or fail silently at 11pm. A custom CRM on top of that is a second job: schema, logins, exports, the person who “knows how it works.”
GoHighLevel is not magic. It is a place where capture, convert, and retain can share a contact ID. Funnels, pipeline, calendars, SMS, email, and workflows already exist. The Shaz Method is the install of how those pieces should behave for an operator who already gets inbound — not a replacement box with our logo on it.
What a snapshot actually is
Setup ($250 once) is a snapshot of the catch, tuned to how you close: pipeline stages with owners and SLAs, forms and calendars on the same contact, speed-to-lead and nurture workflows, tagging so source stays attached. You own the sub-account. Platform fees stay with GoHighLevel. If we stop, the contacts, workflows, and numbers stay. There is no “our box.”
If you already have a mature GHL install, the diagnostic will say whether you need the full setup or a lighter pass. We do not rebuild for sport. We also will not pretend a from-scratch CRM is the product. If you need us to invent another database, this is the wrong offer.
Who this is for
Operators who already generate interest — ads, referrals, a booking inquiry at 9:41pm — and still lose the next five minutes. Bad fit: you want a black-box login, you have no way for a human to take a booked conversation, or the leak is actually positioning. That last one gets said on the diagnostic, not after a month of $697.

A 20-minute call. I will walk through your current funnel and follow-up — and whether GoHighLevel is already in the house — and tell you honestly whether the Shaz Method is the right fit. We install in GHL. We do not sell a custom CRM.
